These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of classicrideauto.com and any purchase of vehicles or products from Classic Ride Auto (“Classic Ride Auto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us.

Vehicle Listings and Descriptions

• We work to describe every vehicle accurately. Classic and used vehicles have age-related wear, and details such as mileage, options, and history should be confirmed with our team before you buy.
• Some images on our website are illustrative. The specific vehicle you buy, its condition, and its details are confirmed in writing in your purchase documents.
• We encourage an independent pre-purchase inspection. Contact us to arrange one before you buy.

Pricing and Availability

• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice until a purchase agreement is signed.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include sales tax, title, registration, documentation fees, or delivery charges. All applicable charges are shown to you before you complete your purchase.
• If a price or description is listed in error, we may correct it and will give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Purchases and Payment

A vehicle sale is complete when both you and Classic Ride Auto sign a written purchase agreement and payment is received. The purchase agreement, together with any required disclosures, forms the contract for your purchase. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed purchase agreement, the purchase agreement controls.

Financing

Financing is offered through third-party lenders to qualified buyers. All financing is subject to credit approval, and rates and terms vary by lender and by buyer. Financing terms are set out in your financing agreement with the lender.

Buyers Guide and Warranties

As required by the Federal Trade Commission’s Used Car Rule, used vehicles offered for sale come with a Buyers Guide. The Buyers Guide states whether the vehicle is sold with a warranty or “as is,” and it forms part of your sales contract. Unless a written warranty is provided in the Buyers Guide or your purchase documents, vehicles are sold “as is,” without warranty, to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit any rights you have under our Return and Refund Policy or under state law.

Delivery

• We arrange delivery to all 50 states through professional transport companies. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of weather, carrier schedules, or other factors outside our control.
• Please inspect your vehicle or product at delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading.
• Risk of loss passes to you at delivery.

Title and Registration

We will provide the title documents needed to register your vehicle. Unless your purchase agreement says otherwise, you are responsible for registering the vehicle and paying any taxes and fees required in your state.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Selling or Consigning Your Vehicle

Any offer we make to buy or consign your vehicle is an estimate until we inspect the vehicle and both parties sign a written agreement.

Use of Our Website

You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to Classic Ride Auto or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
