Return and Refund Policy

At Classic Ride Auto, we want you to buy with confidence. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for vehicles and other products purchased from Classic Ride Auto through classicrideauto.com, by phone, or by email. We serve customers throughout the United States.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your purchase (the delivery date, or the pickup date if you collect it). Return requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must meet the following conditions.

Vehicles

• The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no new damage, accidents, or mechanical abuse.
• The vehicle must not have been modified, repaired, or altered by anyone other than Classic Ride Auto.
• No more than 250 miles may be added to the odometer after delivery.
• All keys, the title (if released to you), manuals, accessories, and paperwork provided at delivery must be returned.
• The vehicle must be free of any new liens, loans, or claims placed on it after purchase.

Parts, Accessories, and Other Products

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.
• All included parts, tags, and documentation must be returned.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Custom or special-order items made or sourced to your specifications.
• Items clearly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
• Items damaged through misuse, accident, neglect, or improper installation after delivery.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery by email at info@classicrideauto.com or by phone at +1 (213) 359-5030.
2. Include your name, order or purchase details, the item or vehicle you are returning, and the reason for the return. Photos are helpful.
3. We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization with return instructions. Please do not ship or transport a return without a Return Authorization.

Return Shipping and Transport Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item or vehicle, including transport, unless the return is due to our error. If your purchase arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, Classic Ride Auto will pay the return shipping or transport cost. For vehicle returns, we can help arrange transport at your cost; the estimate will be shared with you before any transport is booked.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your purchase at delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, note it on the delivery receipt or bill of lading if possible and contact us as soon as possible, within 30 days of delivery, with photos. We will make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund, and we will cover the return cost.

Refunds

• Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 5 business days and let you know whether the refund is approved.
• Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit to your account.
• Restocking fees: Classic Ride Auto does not charge a restocking fee.
• Original delivery charges: Original shipping or transport charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Government fees: Taxes, title, and registration fees already paid to a government agency may not be refundable by us. Where a state allows these fees to be refunded, we will help you request the refund.
• Partial refunds: If a returned item or vehicle does not meet the eligibility conditions above (for example, new damage or extra mileage beyond the limit), we may decline the return or offer a partial refund that reflects the difference. We will explain the reason in writing before any partial refund is issued.

Financed Purchases

If you financed your purchase, the refund is handled together with your lender. We will pay off or return funds to the lender according to your financing agreement, and refund any amount you paid directly (such as a down payment) to your original payment method, subject to the terms above.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different vehicle or product, contact us within the 30-day return window. Exchanges depend on availability and follow the same eligibility conditions as returns. Any price difference will be charged or refunded to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships or before vehicle transport is booked, and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. After shipping or transport has begun, the order is treated as a return under this policy.
